[Solved] Left alt turn off

If I hold down the left alt key and press the mouse and move the cursor, the window I click on moves.
How to turn it off?
I use godot and if a layer is covered by another, just have the covered layer active and press left alt to move the layer.

I don't know anything about layers or Godot but, for your specific query about the left alt key, go to
Menu > Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Accessibility tab

and in the drop-down chooser change the "Key used to grab and move windows" from Alt to something else - or to None if you wish.
