Trying to Understand Cinnamon Spices Themes Development Workflows

Dear Dev Team,

I student interested in researching development workflows.

I have looked in Devhelp and could not find anything about the front end development of themes.
This raised a lot of questions about workflows implemented in there development,

• Is there a standardized workflow by which Themes on the Cinnamon Spices are developed?

• Is there documentation or a list of elements such as icons, menus, buttons, window-boarders, and so forth to be considered by developers when approaching a new Theme?

• Are there templates that front end development can use to be comprehensive in there design briefing?

• What documentation are front end developers providing to back-end developers in the creation of Themes?

• If this documentation does not exist, could I see them?

• If they do not exist would I be beneficial for me to develop it?
