When I power off my system, I hear my secondary drive (a HDD, /dev/sda, ST2000LM015, 2 partitions, /dev/sda1 ReFS, /dev/sda2 NTFS, neither auto-mounting) lose power and makes that typical hard drive power lost sound, one thing that I do notice is that sometimes my hard drive ramps up before powering off, my system has a primary NVMe, and it is a MSI GF63-10sc (MS-16R5), when powering off from windows this isn't present
Steps to Reproduce:
Have my iffy laptop
Power off linux
enjoy the sound of a dying hdd
Expected Behaviour:
Harddrive powers off without issue, when system shuts down
Actual behaviour:
Hard drive loses power on shutdown
