Clean Printer Head

Linuxmint Cinnamon 21.3. HP Office Jet Pro 6970 Pro.
CYAN always a problem. I have Instant Ink subscription so not worried about using up ink. When I use their clean print head function I eventually get its print out to display good. I have previously Used different sprays, alcohol, etc to clean the print heads. That works for a while. CYAN is always the problem.

Instead of wasting all the other colors I downloaded a image of CYAN and print that. I am thinking of taking an empty CYAN cartridge, cleaning it out and filling it with a cleaning solution and printing that CYAN image with cleaning solution. Have not decided what solution to use yet.

I noticed that sometimes cyan works intermittently, making me think their might be a poor electrical connection. The ink HP sends me is supposedly new.
