i have installed tlp and had started it automatically and manually both in ac mode but still no sight for any good results
cpu : i5 12500h
gpu : integrated + intel arc a370m.
actually previously i had upgraded linux kernel still same heat. i again installed with lower linux kernel still same issue.
edit 2: i got the solution, i just manually started the tlp in battery mode and it worked and now my temp while even plugged in is usually around 50 degree celcious
