Hello everyone, before posting I was reading viewtopic.php?t=389383 to check if there was something helpful but I couldn't find anything that would fix this. I am hearing myself through my headset and is very annoying, I don't know what to do anymore to fix this...
I have a Corsair HS80 Headset

Welcome to the forum, VicMint!
I'm guessing you're getting acoustic feedback between the mic and the headset. Try first by lowering the microphone level. If there is no effect, you can install Pulseeffects from Software Manager /not flatpak/. There are many tools there to suppress or adjust the sound.
Good luck!
