Wireless connection no internet after a few seconds

Hi! I've had a problem with my wireless connection not working after connecting to my home network and waiting a few seconds. The connection remains and I get no errors from the network manager, but I can't load any pages, I lose ssh connections and outgoing pings don't respond.
The strange thing is it only happens with my home network, which makes me think it's a conf issue, because I have another machine running mint in the same network (Albeit wired) and it works fine.

I've tried upgrading kernels, upgrading mint, changing DNS and resetting the network from the network manager with no success :c.

Any help would be greatly appreciated c:
