Ständig gehen Maus oder/und Tastatur nicht!!

Auf zwei meiner Geräte, habe ich laufend das Problem, das nach dem Aufwachen aus einem Energiesparmodus Tastatur und doer Maus nicht funktionieren.
Das Touchpat konnte ich das letzte mal im Betrieb zum laufen bringen indem ich in das Kontextmenü nochmal von touch auf Maus und zurück geschaltet hatte, bei der Tastatur geht das aber nicht und kann ja auch kaum eine Lösung sein!!
Im Netz liest man, das dieses problem völlig "normal" bei Debian basierten Distributionen ist!?!?
ICh dachte, das tolle an Linux ist, wenn es Probleme gibt, dass diese in der Regel schnell behoben werden.
Das Problem existiert aber wohl schon JAHRE!! und darf man wohl als schwerwiegend bezeichnen.

Kann man das beheben oder geht es nur mit dem Wechsel des Betriebssystems?!
Das wäre bei mir dann aber nun doch mal wieder kein Linux....da ich hier irgendwie bislang nur NAch als Vorteile sehe
