Mint Touchpad and Mousepad not recognised

Hello,

i have an Acer Spin 3 with touchdisplay. After a new installation of Linux Mint my Mousepad (under the keybord) and my Touchpad (at the screen inclusive pencil) isn't working anymore. Any Help or ideas?

PS: i have already once got it up running so that at least the touchpad at screen and the pencil worked, but after reinstalling i didnt managed to reproduce the steps. Therefore I had for example had to switch in BIOS from I2C to PS2 and back.

Reason: Moved from Installation & Boot to Hardware Support because the problem is the touchpad not working.
